I’m Dr. Hannah Spiker, an Internal Medicine–Pediatrics physician caring for children and adults. The Calling Behind My Care

I knew I wanted to become a physician when I was about four years old. My pediatricians helped inspire that calling by speaking directly to me and making me feel that my voice mattered—even as a child.

Today, that experience shapes how I care for patients of every age. My faith guides my commitment to seeing each person as an individual, with a story worth hearing.

My current office is located in Priceville, near Decatur. I welcome children, adults, and families from surrounding communities, including Athens, Huntsville, Florence, and Cullman, who are looking for thoughtful, personal care in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
